Confused ban? (Would like a few awnsers if not a unban)

Ok i am very confused. Today i logged onto scorpion and had fun with some friends. And i'm not sure why I got banned. The person who banned me didnt say anything before hand. I was on ts with my friends who where trying to resolve it.
Problem 1: I had a red morning star. I acually did NOT have a red morning star. I never did. I did however had a redmatter pickaxe a guard came before hand and took it away.

Problem 2: I put it in a red bag.... At the time i was banned or any time before that. Have i had or touched a red alchemy bag. or any bag for that.

Problem 3: I was greifing. Acually i was digging a hole on the side of the beach with a dark matter shovel. I was going to build something there so i was clearing all the dirt and sad... then i got banned.

Problem 4: This problem i have. I got banned for 6 days becuse of this. Also my entire inventory got removed (A full set of dm tools) and i lost quite a few red matter i had on me.

Any resolution could be nice...
Now, I know this is more of a story, but i honestly want to know why i got banned more then i want unbanned.
