SERVER UPDATE -8/8/12-

Dear All Valued Members of Scorpion Gaming!

Our beloved CloudCrafting Sponsored tekkit server has unfortunately come to a close. The reason is because they have noticed how big of a community we have become and it is therefore appropriate that we start supporting ourselves from now on. Therefore as of yesterday the Owners have purchased a 24/7 server with:
- 16GB dedicated RAM
- 100MB guaranteed connection.
- 2TB HDD.
- 250 slot TeamSpeak (like skype and for more information contact any staff member on this).
- 10Tb Bandwidth.

Many members have noticed a recent increase in "lag" but we can ensure that from now on we will make Scorpion Gaming as lag-free as possible and always be a server who tries their best in making everyone part of this "Awesome" community.

NOW HERES THE BAD NEWS

Although CloudCrafting said they will give us time to retrieve our Map file from the FTP access.. It proved more Challenging than mentioned. The Owners spent many hours attempting to recover the file but couldn't in the end...

Therefore a new "awesome" map will be made. No refunds (donators get the money their donating pack provided them with.)

When I say awesome I am including the new "plugin" which allows "driving" on roads and motorways... yes its that awesome with Licenses and all xD!!!!

This server is not starting over but rather changing a new chapter. You could say the previous server was our "BETA" because now we are correcting our mistakes, and becoming AWESOMER THAN BEFORE )!

What Scorpion-Gaming Promises for this server:

- A much more controlled Economy removing all illegitimate methods of playing.
- A much more Organized server on the whole.
- A much more "fun" experience.
- Definite assistance from SG staff.
- A clearer way of attaining Ranks and Donating.
(You can now Donate THROUGH the server, just /buy your donating pack of choice).
- And we will do our best to make Scorpion Gaming amazing, in all areas (we shall even extend our Youtube Channel's variety of Games.)

The server will keep the same IP address but is currently on a separate white-listed server for preparations - expect it to be up by this week end )!

thanks for posting this sorax, saves a lot of time on behalf of us Admins and Owners, as you have said the server is currently white-listed but we will be doing a launch day livestream and huge drop party to celebrate the opening!

i dont think we should do a dp and should just give some stuff out. People live in different time zones and might be able to attend the dp.
