PVP server

Ok so you may or may not know,we have a pvp server NOT open the way it will be ran is 4 or 5 main big town/factions You choose what one you want to join now info on the towns/factions
Humans
Ok humans are ran by alex(zorastion) and richard(thejoker1123)
this faction were planning to be mostly neutral to all
there is ranks in Human Ranks: Peasant, Freeman, Squire, Knight, HolyKnight, Baron, Earl, Duke Then top rank could be King we do not know how you will get to a higher rank
Demons
Demons will be ran by myself and Fin (wolfyllama)
this faction will be neutral to none this is the darkest
most dangerous faction to be part off due to mobs living in
faction with the members ranks we are not sure of yet
Elf
Well this faction has nobody running it at the moment
We are not sure what to do with the elves at the moment
The rest of the faction/towns are a secret thanks for reading

Will each faction consist of two leaders? If so do all (8 or 10) leaders have to be Admin - Owner rank? Or will it consist of Donators?
